US Steel Upgraded

Morgan Stanley’s Mark Liinamaa upgraded the company to “Overweight” from “Equal-weight,” with a $45 price target. US Steel is currently trading at $40. The analyst wrote that U.S. Steel “has the most earnings leverage to improving operating rates, and a favorable product mix for the sequenced fundamental improvement we expect.”
