JC Penny upgraded

J.C. Penny (NYSE:JCP) was upgraded Monday morning to Over Weight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley. Morgan’s analyst Michelle Clark elaborated on her upgrade by saying the J.C Penny trades at a 24% discount to its peer group and that the company is the positioned to exceed Wall Street expectations.
