Citi analyst upgrades JDS Uniphase to ‘Buy’ – msnbc.com
NEW YORK — A Citigroup analyst on Monday upgraded the stock of JDS Uniphase Corp., which makes components for optical telecommunications networks, to “Buy.” He said the stock has been unfairly tainted by the slowdown reported by a rival. Finisar Corp.
